    I have it enabled, but will turn it off for a few days to see if I get any error messages (I've not seen even a hint of an error message to date).

    You presume incorrectly.

    The CX and CX-M are completely different.

    While both have DC to DC, which is better than 90% of what's on that site as far as 80 PLUS Bronze PSUs go, the CX-M uses an older double forward topology while the CX is an LLC resonant toplogy.
