Technically be quiet sells PSU in the US but they are hardly relevant. From what I know I'd estimate their total US PSU sales below 20%, maybe below 10%, of EU sales while purchasing power in the US is similar. Be quiets strong markets are Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland Poland. They sell in many other markets but hardly gained market share there. Aerocool ist from Taiwan, but their largest market for PSU is Russia for many years. Many brands are strong in a few countries, but hardly have sales in others.
Labour cost actually isn't the main concern for PSU factory, supply chain is. Supply chain and know how are the main reasons to produce PC PSU in Guangdong region.
Maybe with the trade war we will see more PSUs in the US that come from Formosa, not the PRC.
