Default Need advice for a budget PSU for an entry-level gaming rig

Hello. I was advised to start a new thread, so this is just a copy/paste from another thread. I'm about to build a new rig and I'm already squeezing the last bit of my budget trying to go for a cheap but decent PSU. I've narrowed it down to three choices: Corsair VS450 with the grey label, Seasonic ECO Plus 400W, and this, Cooler Master MWE 450 v2. They are more or less in the same price range in my country, with the CM being the most expensive. Here is the full spec list of my build:

    CPU: Ryzen 3 2200G
    MB: MSI B450M Bazooka Plus
    RAM: 2*4Gb Kingston HyperX Fury 2666MHz CL15
    SSD: 240Gb Kingston A400 SSD
    HDD#1: 500Gb Toshiba 7200RPM HDD (DT01ACA050)
    HDD#2: 320Gb Samsung 7200RPM HDD (HD321HJ)
Case: Tecware Nexus M (with 3*120mm Fans)
    Keyboard: Logitech G213
    Mouse: Redragon M601 Centrophorus
    Monitor: Samsung LS24F350FHEXXP

As for the store's website, they have none. They have an online price list though:

Here are the product strings to put in the search field to find the specific items (remove quotations), as well as their prices:
    "Corsair 450watts PSU, VS, VS450, 80 white" @ 1960 PHP (~38 USD)
"Seasonic ECO PLUS 400, Eco series, 400watts, PSU, 80 Bronze" @ 2000 PHP (~39 USD)
    "Cooler Master CM 450watts, PSU, MWE 450 v2, 80PLUS white, pn: MPW-4501-ACABW" @ 2180 PHP (~42 USD)

I've asked LukeSavenjie over at the LTT forums on which one I should pick between the Seasonic and the Cooler Master and he advised against the Seasonic. I would probably add a graphics card in the future (an RX 570 at most, or something in the same tier with regards to the power draw).

I'd also like to note that the price differences between these products (especially with the VS450 and MWE 450 v2) are pretty substantial amounts here so if I would like to squeeze in as much savings as I can.

I would appreciate all the advice I can get. Thank you very much.

The Cooler Master is the only one you should consider, it's also as low as you should go quality and performance wise.

Thank you for the response. I'm definitely going for the CM.
