Cool Did ASUS use United Chemi Con capacitors on their new graphic cards?

I found that ASUS now used different capacitors than Apaq capacitors, you can find new caps on their new NVIDIA 20xx supper and AMD 5700 series graphic cards.

They have used Apaq caps for a very long time and I have used many ASUS graphic cards and haven't any problem with Apaq capacitors, but if they use Japanese capacitors for their midrange graphic cards, then this would be really good news for ASUS's Fan .

    Strix 5700 XT

Does anyone know which capacitors they implemented on these boards? these capacitors look like from Chemi Con to me.

Why? If they are using NCC caps, do we know for a fact that they're actually better?

Honestly, I am not sure they are better, but NCC caps are more reputable and more expensive .

If a modern graphics card like this one dies, it's not because failed capacitors.

When was the last time you've seen a graphics card dead because of capacitors failed??

    Remember this??

Somewhere around there the nVidia representative says that at 100% Voltage (whatever that means) the lifetime of the Chip is shortened to 1Year...

The Capacitor stuff is just totally overblown in the past years. They are almost irrelevant.

I seem to recall a claim that all polymer capacitors, no matter the make, are about equal.

Knowing Asus, they'll probably say the graphics card has DOUBLE THE LIFESPAN because of Japanese capacitors. They do this with their power supplies when comparing them to the likes of the Corsair RM. JAPANESE CAPACITORS!!!!!!! = DOUBLE THE LIFESPAN!!!!!!

I guess that is 1 year continuous? so if one games 21 hours a week, that is still 8 years
