Default budget PSU for budget PC

Hi all, I trying to build budget PC and i am stuck with PSU.
    PC will be :
    Ryzen 2600
mATX B450 board (dont know exactly which one yet)
    16GB RAM
    AMD RX570 / RX580 (depends on deals)

and now Im considering this PSUs:
    FSP Fortron Hexa 85+ 550 (55)
    Be quiet! PURE POWER 11 500 W (55)
    Seasonic SS-500ET-T3 (45)
    EVGA 500W (W1) (35)

There are some price difference but all are in my limit. Im not looking for cheapest, but best from this ones. (on the other hand if I can save 20 without quality loss I would not be mad)

So can someone point out which one of those is best ?

    Why only these four choices?

Of these four, the beQuiet for sure.

Bequiet i made a mistake, it cost 65 which is maybe too much ?

Do you mind sharing your country and where you're shopping from?

The beQuiet is very much the same as the GSP Hexa 85+ except the beQuiet has a much better fan.

    So you decide.

The Seasonic Energy Knight is ANCIENT (didn't even know they sold it in this decade) and the EVGA is absolute garbage.

Pretty decent pricing for (Eastern) Europe, gotta say!
The VS is a special case... the grey label version (with a newer HEC platform, albeit still group reg) excels in being nothing special (though it's all bout the price... mind to tell us the price?), and the earlier orange variants excel at being very mediocre
