Default Second generation Seasonic Focus available

The second generation Focus is getting available in the first web stores.

They are available in a Focus GM (semi modular 80PLUS Gold) 500, 550, 650, 750W
    https://seasonic.com/focus-gm

Focus GX (full modular, 80PLUS Gold) 550, 650, 750, 850, 1000W. (Even the 550W should have a second EPS connector)
    https://seasonic.com/focus-gx

Focus PX (full modular, 80PLUS Platinum) 550, 650, 750, 850W. (Also all with a second EPS connector)
    https://seasonic.com/focus-px

And according to Seasonic they shouldn't have any of the problems of the original Focus. So no black screens, no shut downs and no out of spec ripple. Should also be ATX 2.52 compatible.

Notice another thing: CORE series started showing up YAY Now the price question would be a curious one... (they haven't released a modern yet mega-price-competitive budget unit in ages)
P.S. I have a feeble feeling some of these may be mere rebrands. Take a look: https://seasonic.com/oneseasonic

Seasonic showed them at the Computex this year.

Seasonic said they fixed the problems and that this new Focus is ATX 2.52 compatible, both require hardware changes.

It also wouldn't make any sense to launch a new Prime series in Q3 and Q4 which aren't ATX 2.52 compatible. So it's unlikely that there is gonna be a rebrand.

I know The first mention of the Core series was at CES 2017, afaik. Not a single mention outside of those two events, though
I had the website in mind. Wasn't there last time I checked in June or so.

Given they had so much problems, the "old" focus gold series should be avoided right?

What's the net ATX 2.52? There is any PSU avaible that is compatible with it?

Seasonic launches this right now that I just bought an XFX XTR2 that I still can't tell if it has the same problems as Focus Plus. Anyway, I hope this new generation fixes those problems (and mine doesn't come with that defect).
