    Ok. They're there. And you're right... Coolmax is listed under Micronics. Interesting.

    Maybe this Hanmi company likes buying up brand names after the original companies go out of business. I should ask around if Coolmax went out of business in Taiwan.

    Too bad they didn't buy BFG when they went out of business. I would be cool to still see that brand in the market.

    I used to work for a reseller back in the late 90's that sold ACTUAL (not the Korean brand) Micronics motherboards.

    Uhh... they replied
    'Coolmax brand was released under the colaboration(brand and technology) with Coolmax USA. The released products are for domestic.'

    In short : 'We borrowed their name.'

    Why would you want to license a brand with such a horrible reputation?

    I mean.. at least Micronics was a respected brand back in the day.
