gpu fans aren't spining after waking from sleep

i have a rx 570 sapphire nitro , i have disabled ''0 RPM'' mode, and set a fan&temperature curve from wattman , so by this i have managed to lower my temps from 47C in idle, to 35C just by setting a minimum fan rpm to 20% (800RPM) , the thing is that after waking the computer from sleep the gpu fans won't start up at all and i have to reset.any idea how to make the fans spin after waking from sleep?

35 °C is below body temperature, not worth the trouble; why not just go back to the default setting.

default setting = 0 RPM mode = 47C IDLE. my question was why do the fans not start when waking from sleep. They run really loud at full speed for 3 seconds then they go off completely. An why not keep them at 20% all the time if they are not loud , and they lower the temps by at least 10C ?
