    WARNING... going off topic

    I see an Elite capacitor and so was trying to gauge how good they are (I know, I know, the series is important, not just the make)

    Elite is fine. Primary or secondary.

    Not quite sure why APFC vs. non-PFC would make a huge difference.

    Not today.

    I really should take one of the "tech influencer" camera crews with me to a PSU, capacitor and fan factory so people can see why some factories are better than others.

    Perhaps with a UPS factory thrown in, to contrast it with a PSU operation.
