It's probably too complicated to rate fan manufacturers. Generally, companies that sell lots of different products do not make their own fans. There may be exceptions. Noctua, for example, is an Austrian-Taiwanese partnership where the Austrians design the concepts and the Taiwanese make their stuff. The fans were made in Taiwan, and now they are made in China as well. Do the Taiwanese own those factories? Then there are companies that make lots of fans, both to sell under their own name and for others. Then there are the anonymous manufacturers. Then we have companies making frames, motors, impellers (the product of blade-hub molds), completed impellers (magnetic linings stuffed into the plastic part of the impellers). Who assembles the completed products?

As I said, its probably too complicated a subject for a mere rating.

Like forum etiquette. And keeping things on topic. And not posting the same post a second time after a moderator soft-deletes it with the tag "off topic".

Consider this a warning. One week ban if you do it again.

Nah. Behave with the civility and common sense that you have shown heretofore, and you'll be fine. Even better, Jonny's rules make sense, and he cuts people slack.

Nah. You're fine. We (including me) all go off topic. You cross the line when you're told you're off topic and then you post the same off topic post a second time in the same thread, which means you're completely ignoring a moderator's suggestion to keep things on topic.

That's only in places where you can't say what you think.

    Sorry for misbehavior.
I remembered that I posted the same question before, so I checked my posts but it was not there. I didn't checked my post right after submittng it, so I thought the original post somehow did not posted due to network connection error, so I reposted. It was not intentional.
Is there a way to check if and why my post is deleted?
