If you run the media creation tool you can download an ISO from on there. It will also be the latest version available.

On a Mac one can get straight to the ISO

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...d/windows10ISO

You’ve been routed to this page because the operating system you’re using won’t support the Windows 10 media creation tool..
    "

The next Windows 10 should be out in May, so you might want to wait.

What exactly are you trying to do? Simply burn a Windows installation DVD? Then the Media Creation Tool was the right idea. Download it, run it, insert an empty DVD, and choose the option that says you want to create an installation DVD in the tool. It downloads the ISO and burns it.

create a bootable Windows 10 dvd, the problem at my side is the download speed is too slow, only 10kb

Whatever you want, you do need a Media Creation tool for crating a bootable Windows 10 DVD,this is one of the most useful ways.

Well, one way or another you're going to be downloading the nearly 4GB ISO whether through a direct download or via the media creation tool. There is no easy way to download it on a slow connection you will just need to wait.
