Default Be quiet Pure Power 11 300,350 or 400W?

    Hi everyone,
hi have a NAS/media server with an Intel pentium and 4 to 6 HDDs.
I want to change my actual PSU, a Corsair VS 350, since I read that it's incredibly bad and I fear is actually burning my HDDs.
Two different HDDs died suddently in less than one month

I wanted to buy a be quiet since I want a silent NAS.
I read in the Pure Power 11 thread that the 300 and 350W models has a different hardware compared to the 400W.

I know that with my build I won't ever need more than 100W, but I can't find any 150/200W PSU with 6 sata and molex (for fans), so I need to go with bigger PSU.

Can you suggest me the best psu for my configuration? I think that 50€ are enough to buy nearly every PSU of 300-400W

Get the 400W version, it's the better PSU and also more efficient with low load. Also medium and high load by the way.

Corsair VS 350 isn't really bad by the way. But using a better and more efficient PSU for a server isn't a bad idea.

My fear for the VS350W is that is burning my HDDs
This is what I can get for 50/60€
    - Be quiet Pure Power 11 400W CM
    - COOLER MASTER MASTERWATT 80+BRONZE SEMI-MODULAR 450W
    - CORSAIR CX450M 450W (2015)

Which is the best for my configuration considering that I want it to be as quiet as possible?

pure power has the best fan and fan controller -> ~500rpm and is pretty quiet as well.

What do you actually mean by this? You've had multiple drive failures in the same PC? How have they failed? What kind of drives?

A properly working VS350 should definitely not be killing hard drives.
