    Default Electrical noise and suffering

I have Asus p45 and gigabyte p55(lga1156)-ud boards (ages from 6-9 years)
Especially the p55 with OC-d 4core,4ghz+,100% load the electrical noise becomes too fucking annoying, enough,to make me downclock it.
The noise comes from somewhere around the cpu so the culprit can be only be some part of the vrm

My simplified understanding about the cpu VRM/power delivery on the mobo pwm>driver>mosfets>inductors, caps>cpu

1.The "HQ" aluminum housing caps(jap) how do they age as in 5+ years?
Like i understand theyre just better quality polymer film caps? How crap does their capacitance and ESR go in 5-9 years?

How does ic-s and mosfets age with such a time span? How much their paramaters deteriorate? And those with higher current handling can they whine as well(personally havent heard nor seen it)?

Those small square inductors, high frequency squealing is most probably thanks to power instablity/ripple but can such small things become mechanically loose enough ,within time ,todo it by itself(bigger sheetmetal core transformers do within time)?Whats the cheapest fix?Bathing in lacquer?

2.Any good PSU recommendations for aged mobos which can compensate for their crappy power quality?

Though my gut says its most probably the caps but i dont know much about semiconductor ageing, its level of deterioration and dying process.

Can anyone illuminate me on this subject matter?

A lot of good option's in power Delivery, But no most modern SMD's and Polymers are pretty good and rated for longer than that. You're fine. It's just inherent noise, I had a few boards that did it too.

I wouldnt call it inherit, its natural to make noise but when it comes close to 4ghz at full load it becomes criket/4g mast tier noise

Sounds like how my asrock Bulldozer board was...That thing made some noise overclocked.

Lifespan of capacitors is super difficult to calculate, as aging speed at different temps is not linear, so you can just take an average, there are also many other factors - an older bad PSU may cause accelerated aging whereas a good PSU will not. You also have to take into account the series of the capacitor - Nippon Chemi-con KZE will generally have a longer lifespan than, say, Teapo SC... (Yes I know they aren't generally comparable but I know their lifespan off the top of my head, and data sheets don't play nice on my phone)
