Default potato built as a brithday gift

my best friend brithday soon so i plan to give him pc as a gift, im not rich, try to built the cheapest pc ever but with decent performance that can handle 30fps in csgo/pubg atleast, will order the component soon, and it will be my 1st time built pc with my ownhand, any sugestion welcomed, i start with 1st generation i3 since it cost $30 only

    i3 550 $18
    hynix ddr3 4gb 1666mz $20
    DELL E93839 LGA 1156 DDR 3 $12
    msi radeon hd5450. $13
    hdd 80gb $2
    case Armgeddon t2x $27
    psu bulldozer 500watt $6

    $98
and ofcourse still not include shipping cost, each component from random seller, may pay for extra $2 each
    so roughly around $110

i think it should run pubg, let me know if i made mistake, i try my best built cheap one(:

There's no way in hell this will run PUBG.
Looks like 30 fps in 720p for CSGO with this card: https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame...0/7719.0.0.0.0

    Yeah. Sorry. No.

    GOOD NEWS!!!!

The GPU market is FLOODED with higher end GPUs due to everyone dumping their mining equipment. Some people selling their hardware off by the pound instead of piece meal.

    Look into it.

I thought that these days building a PC oneself was the more expensive option (as opposed to a prebuilt option),
then again with a $6 power supply.

Don't forget to include the OS cost, unless you go with Linux.

Definitely not the case. At least if you want decent hardware. SI's tend to cut a lot of corners.

Good point; but going it alone means no discount on Windows 10

You can still use a Win 7 or 8 key to install and activate Windows.

the cheaper gpu avaiable in my country is,
    amd 5450 $13
    nvidia gt210 $15
i found this, not sure it would even run directx 9
Nvidia M64 VGA MTEC 2137 AGP Graphics Adapter. most cheapest only $1

at indonesia crypto currency still not popular, i think that becouse our idr(indonesia rupiah currency)is weak againts other country currency, for us to buy gpu that mostly based $usd its a bit hard, so even mining gpu still tend on high price, the seller just cut off around 20-30% of brandnew price, and theres no warranty, not worth to buy i guess, anyway i found this gtx650ti in good deals, but i suspect the brand is unknown random china,
look at this beast under $30

try to negotiate with the seller for cut more price, i would go for $18

That's not a GTX650Ti, it's literally a fake counterfeit graphics card. Lots of then in Asia.
