Question I need help in choosing a power supply

Hey there. I'm building a PC from scratch and i need help in choosing a decent power supply. I have read about people whose PC just burned up and stuff due to a bad power supply and is it just because of the cheap power supplies or the good ones have this this problem too? I live in India and have access to a good market.

    Here's my build:

    AMD Ryzen 5 2400g

    MSI B350 Tomahawk

    2 x 8gb 3000mhz Corsair vengeance

AMD RX580 (I'll be adding it in the future)

Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW Mid-Tower Steel Gaming Case with Red LED (Black)

    3 fans 120mm

    1 fan 140mm

My Budget is 60$ for the power supply.

I'm thinking of going with Corsair cx550

Location India: I don't know the market there, that makes it harder to name an alternative

The CX550 would be cheap and usable.

You can recommend any part as options are plenty in India but everything's on the offline market and will 550w be enough or should i go lower and opt for gold certified or silver certified?

Is the cx550 safe as don't wanna wreck my build by going cheap on a part

It all depends on pricing. And because there are so many power supplies it's impossible to give you a good recommendation.

But if you can get a Corsair CX550 for like 55 dollars it should be at least a decent choice.

will antec neo eco 550m be a good choice and it goes for around 57 dollars here? Is 550w enough?

No the Antec wouldn't be a good choice. A good 450W PSU with two PEG connectors for the graphics card is already enough.
