Neither. They are both shit. What is wrong with you? Was your Raidmax dying and not killing all of your other components so adrenaline pumping that you want to risk your PC once again?

Instead of links to the manufacturer product pages (which we can Google ourselves), just give us links to Serbian computer shops.

FSP Hexa 85+ is the cheapest decent PSU on the first site.

Perhaps I could be of assistance here, being on the same sinking ship that is Serbia...

You don't wanna make your purchase in regular retail stores, they're grossly overpriced and the sales/procurement managers are completely uninterested in learning what's worth selling.

So, you wanna hit the classifieds, and get something like this, for example. or this.

You can probably find cheaper stuff that's still worth having, just ask around... Try some of these guys (1, 2, 3, 4 - just examples, I'm not affiliated with any of them), ask them what they can offer within your budget, search these forums for recommendations and opinions and just pick one.

Reputable sellers on the KP website have proven to be more reliable and much faster and more polite with returns and warranty claims than any of the "regular" retailers. They simply value their customers more and have to provide a quality service to stay competitive - so don't shy away from making a purchase.
Careful what you wish for... You just might get it.
