Sure you can say delta, please find me high end PSU from them, they product few PSU for antec. you was asked the same question before and as far i remember the topic remain white.
And they put most of their eggs in pc PSU.
Where are those 10 OEM that actually manufactured PSU for retail?
Few that I can recall from the top of my head:

    Flextronics: Corsair AX1200-1500-1600i
Murata: Cooler Master Masterwatt Maker MIJ(On build Quality)
FSP:Aurum PT and Hydro PTM and that 400w titanium unit
Deltaelta has direct distributors on Asia and you can buy a Delta psu at alibaba.com.Makes atx, server power supplies, power adapters etc.
Etasis:also sells for Server oems, catch them at alibaba.com
Zippy:Focused on the server and industrial market
    Chicony:Original Corsair RM(build quality)
    CWT:ThermalTake Toughpower DPS-G RGB
    Sirfa: Silverstone Strider Platinum 750
    Great Wall:Great wall M1200/Corsair SF600
Liteon and Hipro make server and consumer oriented power supplies that you can buy from oems like HP/Dell/Lenovo etc.
    3y was bought by FSP

Sorry if I mixed tier 1 and 2 manufacturers on this list.

You forgot to mention HEC/Compucase -> Most of Cougar's Lineup (except GX-S, that one is Sirfa, well the x50W), most of EVGA's Low end stuff, be quiet System Power 8 and 9, Corsair VS.

Silverstone has a ton of units made by Sirfa but also some Thermaltake, many Kolink units and a couple of others...

HiPro and Chicony are the same brand, they will be the OEM of some of Coolermasters upcoming PSUs, Sirfa aren't, IMO, better than Seasonic (They are also T3 manufacturers apparently), Consumer Delta units under Antec's brand are still available last I checked, they will also be working with coolermaster on some units in the future. great Wall also make the Corsair TXm and some 9half?) of the CX 2017s, they also make the Riotoro Enigma and Onyx lines. Flex make all the AXis and you forgot Emerson (Do they even make PSUs at all any more?).

I wasn't talking about retail, people who say that Seasonic is number one also aren't. But still even in retail they aren't in the top four. And everyone is allowed to use other manufacturers, but most of the time they choose a different, more easy way. Like for example just use a standard Seasonic design and slap their own label on it. But that doesn't make Seasonic any better, just more used.

I was referring specifically to ATX compliant PSUs, but yes, I guess those do count as well

Why are we having this dicussion again and again? Generally recommending against some factories products is usually a short cut to tell everyone you're either biased or have no idea what you're talking about. Most large factories have the know how and equipment to build good PSU. If the customers prefer to order craps you hardly can blame the factory.

LMAO, I read today on some forum that DC-DC doesn't matter, and often even performs worse than group reg units, because many factories don't use proper capacitances, so PSUs don't work properly. That of course sandwiched in between standard "worse caps" and "worse build quality" mantra, but no further details, maybe because learning to spell "capacitance" was enough of a mental effort for the poster.

I have something for you, though its German:

    https://www.computerbase.de/2017-07/...ungsregulation
XFX XT500 (zweite Revision) is the Seasonic S12II-Bronze variant. the next page is also interesting.

    And this one:

I hope you can use those Links against those people...

You won't convince them but you might convince the 3rd party...
