The spec label is identical to EVGA 450 BT. Not like it proves anything... The insides through the back look somewhat similar and somewhat different.

Why launch a new unproven platform with a new name when people will recommend the same S12II units over and over.

Well, Core could also simply have been renamed. Hard to tell...

There should be a UVP, otherwise +12V SCP won't be functional.
It's been a hard day's night and I've been working like a dog.

I thought SCP was an ATX required protection whereas UVP was not required. Are you saying that SCP guarantees that UVP is present though? Just confused is all

It technically has 12V UVP, but it's so low that it's basically useless... (XT Zweite revision)

Edit: and that's assuming the minor rails weren't the cause of shutdown, 12V OCP test was sketchy as fuck...

You can do that with OPP. The Spec Sheet of the HY-510N, wich Seasonic uses in the S12II-Bronze serie (620W and below) does not list a UVP trip point for +12V in the specification.

Yes, my friend confirms me that the internal looks quite similar to EVGA BT450.
The OEM of that model is RSY isn’t it?
