Default Budget PSU for Ryzen 2200g no external GPU

Hi, I've recently changed (February) my computer and I'm having problem with my PSU.

Initially I've bought it to repair my old computer and didn't care that it wasn't zero load compatible but sometimes after a long day I see Linux kernel messages that the hard drive is not responding, then the network card too, and everything get stuck. It happened before every 5 minutes and after replacing the motherboard it worked, now I think that after a day of use sometimes it became unbalanced or something and don't always come back from sleep inactivity. I already have the "Common current idle option" in AMD - PBS. Therefore, I'm looking for a budget and reliable PSU. I'm from Switzerland so possibly something that I can order from (toppreise.ch, digitec.ch etc) around 80 francs / ~ 70 euro max but I hope less because this build is haunting me and I don't know If I'll be able to sell the seasonic that I have now. I don't need high wattage, I'm looking something technically good and reliable, possibly modular but it's not essential.
Sorry to ask here, but I don't want to make another mistake.

    - Asrock ab350m pro4 - firmware 5.0
    - PSU seasonic s12ii - 520 Watt
    - ram 2x8 gb kingston hyperx fury 2666
    - Seagate 1 TB hard drive
    - CPU ryzen2200g

    Some models on digitec

toppreise is a comparison website. Amazon.de sometimes ship to Switzerland so that could be an option too.

As for the PSU, if you want it as cheap as it gets: 400W be quiet System Power 9 or maybe Pure Power 10.

The Seasonic S12II is too old and must not be considered, as it regulates +5V not independantly from +12V and is lacking Protection.

If you want highest efficiency, though its over budget, the Cooler Master V550 is a good choice...

Thank you very much Stefan, I wish I had posted here when I built this configuration as then I could have returned the Seasonic.

I can't find the power 9 but the power 10 is 60 chf so I'll probably get that, hope it does fix my problems.
