    Arrow BeQuiet SFX-L 500W Review

When Silverstone kicked off their whole push for more power in small form factors, I thought it was a brilliant idea. They cast a light on a long neglected part of this industry, and I thought we'd get a nice long list of other companies jumping into the market and giving us all kinds of awesome performance in a tiny space. Regretfully, this doesn't seem to have come to pass. Corsair and Enermax have tried, but it seems like Silverstone is still the only one really pushing things in this space. Well, now German company BeQuiet has decided to get in on the action. Let's have a look at this little 500 watt wonder and see if we have another worthy competitor to Silverstone.

Obviously, BeQuiet doesn't make a 15mm thick fan right now but it makes you wonder about the point of this unit in the market. It really doesn't offer any of their well known brand features.

I agree three years is a bit short for a $90 Gold unit, Sure it has Chemicon Caps, but that fan doesn't inspire confidence.
If it was 5-7 years then yes, heck even my Antec HCG 750M has a 5 year warranty and its 80+ bronze budget unit.

BeQuiet at least knows what a proper FDB is, so there is a chance that they had Globe put one in. We won't know without dissection though.

Its one of the few units without a Semi Fanless mode wich makes it cooler in lower load scenarios...
