    Default Corsair HX750i or HX750 2017

Can anyone tell me what are the differences between the older HX750i HX750 2017

HX750i has LINK software compatibility to allow for monitoring of power consumption/load, voltages, fan speed, temperatures as well as control of fan curve and OCP.

    That's the only difference.

Not sure where the "2017" comes from. Nobody calls it "HX 2017" especially since the current HX Platinum came out way before 2017.

Thank you very much for the answer! I saw somebody on internet calls it HX v2017 because older version of HX also exist. Sorry

So no other differences between the two. Good to know. Thanks again!

The older version does not also exist. It was discontinued a long time ago.

Makes more sense to suffix the name of the PSU with the efficiency. There was HX Bronze, HX Gold and now HX Platinum.

    Few more questions.
Why newer versions of HXi have 10 years warranty label on the box but 'older' HXi from 2015 have 7 year warranty label? Are there any differences between these two?
Is this power supply digital or not?
Is the RMi series better than the HXi series?
People on the internet write things that make me confused, and I do not know what is true or not..

Because they upgraded the warranty recently. The PSUs aren't different. Just a box that says "7 year warranty" is an old box.

I bought Corsair HX750i. It will arrive tomorrow. Time to replace my old Cooler Master Silent Pro M2 1000W which had coil whine even when PC is off, and not so quiet fan.
