Question Looking for PSU upgrade advice

    Hi!

I'm building a new PC and want to upgrade my OCZ 600W StealthXStream. It was released in 2007, so I think it's quite old by now.

    My specs are:

    Ryzen 5 2600X
    ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F
    G.Skill - Flare X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200
    1 x M.2 NVMe SSD, 1 x SATA SSD, 1 x HDD

I live in Ireland and My budget is about €100. I will do small overclock of RAM timings, but nothing else. From what I understood from lurking, 450W will be enough. I like how quiet my current PSU is. I would get BitFenix Whisper M but it's a bit expensive here (€112). On other Amazon sites I can see it for €77..

I would like to order from Amazon.co.uk because it has the lowest prices here and free delivery with Prime.

Just looking at it, Corsair RM550x (€93) and EVGA 650GQ (€85) look nice.. They are high up on tier lists (I know you guys hate those words). But I really don't know what else to go by.

    Thanks

    RM550 or RM550x?

RM550 (no x) is quite old.

At that price RMx is a good choice, IMO it's worth the price over the GQ, though both are fine units.
