Default Segotap 500w titanium power supply

Saw this on ebay, looking for a very low wattage power supply that's also very efficient and cheap doesn't seem like such a thing exists

    https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Segotep-500W.../292231196311?

    Thoughts anyone?

EDIT: Here's reviews, get your google translate ready

It's Segotep not Segotap, you will find more if you search for Segotep, even here on this site.

But it should be a good PSU, just not a great one I think. It probably has some small downsides. Something you see a lot with comparable OEM's which don't work with big retail manufacturers with their own engineers like Corsair for example.
