    As long as the margin is high enough, every PSU can have 10 years warranty even a really crappy one, without the manufacturer going bankrupt.

    Judging by the factory photos, looks like PCBA is outsourced. Could even be from another country.

    That said, we could get closer to "made in USA", etc. if they allow PCB in one country to mean made in XXX in another if there's final assembly elsewhere.

    When I was in the bike industry, we used to have front and back triangles welded in Mexico. Of course, all the components were made in either Japan or Taiwan. Once the frame made it into the USA, the front and rear triangles could be welded together and we could say the bike was "made in USA". The same could work for PSU's.

    Apple currently does something similar with the Mac Pro, using an "designed and assembled in the USA" slogan on it.
