Looks good for a PSU that's around 40/45 euro incl. VAT. 80PLUS Bronze 230V EU, double forward with DC-DC, Nippon Chemicon KZE for the 5Vsb, filter caps are Teapo SC and primary is Elite GM. Based on the same platform from HEC as example the Cougar LX serie. Fan speed is 490 RPM at minimum, but there is some bearing or motor noise up close, only up close though (ear against the fan grill).

300 and 350W aren't the same, probably more like, or the same as System Power 8 300/350W.

    Not really but kinda...

It is somewhat similar but there are some (minor?) differences between those two.
The most noticable is the caps on +12V. The Cougar LX has 4. This one I assume has two. (well and the ones on the other End of the unit for whatever reason. Either OCP delay or some kind of buffering for shitty graphics cards to keep that shit away from the FETs)...

    Here some more pics:
    https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Cougar/LX600/4.html

They are however very similar and you have to have an LX in your hand to notice the differences...

Based on the same platform doesn't mean that they are identical.

Very nice PSU series. The 300w model is a bargain for that price. That PSU would be more than enough for i3/i5 systems along with up to GTX1060 graphics cards.
