I'm looking the results of the reviews charts and I want to know the voltage stability on the +5VSB rail the % result the lower is better? Thank you in advance.

The 5vsb rail must stay in 5℅ regulation. The limits is min 4.75 and max 5.25. And yes, the lower ℅ is the regulation, the better is. If it is below 1℅ deviation would be ideal.
