Need psu advice, first time building

Hello everyone, I'm building for the first time, but can't decide on the PSU (Tier thing looked confusing to me). Anyway, here's the part list https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WkKX7h . I'm not probably gonna overclock anytime soon. Budget 60$ at max. Will buy and import from the US. That's why i will have no warranty, so build quality is the most important criteria. Every CPU does if you game with low settings and so create a CPU bottleneck.

True but Ryzen needs it more than most other CPUs thanks to having the infinity fabric tied to RAM speed

That's a mediocre cheap power supply. A high performance PC deserves a high quality power supply, and BT series aren't high quality at all.

I disagree with the idea of getting 2x4GB - given that OP should upgrade to 16GB soon, 1x8GB seems like the way to go.

It would make more sense to buy the Ryzen 5 1600, 2x8GB DDR4 and not a GTX 1060 3GB. If he prefers the best price/performance and is building a game system that he is gonna keep a couple of years.

I'm gonna buy CPU last, if there's enough money will opt for 1600. I will add 8gb later too. 1060 3gb wasn't what I wanted, but it was the only gpu I could find at a reasonable price (187 usd). Considering I play moba and indie mostly, it is more than enough.
