That's not fair to the customer. He bought Vengeance. Corsair warranty is that the customer get the same product or better (if product returned is discontinued... which its not).

I guess it's much better (quicker) the OP check the Amazon EU support: they can even directly arrange the return trip if shipping from Turkey were too much expensive (they did so for me in a France/Italy cross-shipping).

Thank you for your responses once again.

Since the noise wasn't very annoying and audible only in game menus I didn't contact with Amazon and Corsair's Turkish distributor said warranty isn't international.

But like 30 minutes ago PSU made a very loud fan grinding noise like it's bearings coming loose. So I just sent an email to Amazon.de and waiting for their answer.

I guess I'm so unlucky. Both coil whine and bad fan in the same PSU...

To be clear: Corsair's warranty IS international. I think the distributor is just saying that they don't want to do warranty for product they didn't bring into the channel.

Where the regional service center is located, there in Turkey? In Germany? Netherland? Somewhere else?

It does, I had a PSU that whined line crazy in one system, and whined only a little in another.

Well whining is changing even from game to game. It is really weird.

Anyway I just pulled the trigger for a Corsair RM550x. (From Germany, again.)

I'm hoping that I will be lucky enough this time.

If someone has something to say against RM550x please say it as soon as possible.

Nothing wrong with the Corsair RM550x, the BitFenix Whisper Gold 450W is only cheaper.

    Thank you.

Yeah I considered BitFenix too but I've found RM550x for 74 Euros from Amazon Warehouse with lightly damaged package. (This price is without %19 VAT)

The BitFenix without damaged package is cheaper.
