Copying someone elses designs often doesn't require a license. Only patents need to be licensed, not standard designs of PSU.

Assembly (labor) isn't the expensive part by a long shot. If they're going to bother buying Andyson parts (like the transformer, as the Mask points out), they might as well have Andyson build it.

Especially since Andyson seems not to operate the factory at 100% at the moment (according to my sources in China).

That makes sense too. I've seen some other units with similar internals, some no-name brands from far east, while random searching for reviews. Not that old actually. Guess Andyson may indeed have resurrected the platform

That is 2-series. Xigmatek uses M-series for Tauro 700W only.
Tauro M 600W is another beast entirely, and that uses F-series, AFAIK.
Careful what you wish for... You just might get it.

Yep. They have two lines. Last I heard, only one of them is running.

So they probably would offer to produce just for a little over their own cost just to get the second line busy.

The unit purports to be the same platform as this guy (an M-series member), but that's an outright lie.

It'll fall flat on its face, I just wanna know how badly
    You'll be surprised a lot.

    Anyway…Sweater contest! Erh…
