It's pretty clear this unit actually deserves the 10/10 rating it received.
So true. Further, as Tazz noted Seasonic caught their error and notified the site about it. That speaks to Seasonic's quality control unit.

Do you know the batch numbers or s/n range of the mixed up part? I'm considering buying one.

"hate" is an awfully harsh word to describe the level responses to your negative comments.

Thank you for your interest in the PRIME.

Your question is very difficult to answer and at this time, I am sorry we don't have the exact information because only some of the units in the first small batch were affected and others not. Some of the first lot were blocked in our warehouse but I am not sure if our HQ has any information on which sold units were affected. I will ask for more information in this regard and hopefully have some more information next week of for you. Thank you.

Not you, but your comment about OW behaviour/attitude was somehow obnoxious/severe/heavy (and apparently you didn't agreed on that, i.e. you didn't apologyze about the original poor wording). That's my personal opinion, of course.

About the PSU, I still think it DOES NOT deserve a 10/10 here in Europe (where I am): a too much high price, a not acceptable fan quality for such a unit, a mediocre advanced transient response, and that just acceptable overshoot testing for such a unit.

Said that, according to the published rules, it deserved the 10/10 rating here on JG.com

Hi Quest, yes, there is a price disparity between North America and Europe. There are many reasons for this and we are working on bring it to parity. Thank you.

I can't find any Australian stock at all. I had a look at PLE, MSY and PCCG and none of them had it. For what it's worth, Newegg AU has it for $236 AUD which is almost a perfect conversion from USD to AUD price.

However, I put in my post code and the "World EggSaver Standard" option adds $74.17 AUD for shipping.

I got a motherboard shipped via USPS from a guy in North Carolina for less than that! Bloody hell. Apparently Newegg baits you with the price and adds the Australia tax with shipping.
