Any info on this PSU? a guy needs a PSU with black/blue colors, and this is the only one that fits the description. Is this any good?
In the website it says DC-DC converters for 5V and 3.3V rails.

They're units made by Hui Cheng Electronic; we don't really have any good reviews of any units made by that OEM to go off of, but the pictures shown by Zalman are not exactly re-assuring as they only highlight some basic information and don't exactly show off the internals of the unit well.
It's an EU 80+ Standard unit (meaning 230v only), and has a very basic double-forward design with DC-DC on the secondary side for the minor rails. That's all we can really tell about the unit at the moment, so I would say pass.
If you need a Black/Blue color scheme; FSP Hydro X & Hydro G units both offer that. Not as a fan LED color but at least on the label.
There's a lot of PSUs with black and blue color scheme.
Or are you actually saying your friend needs a PSU with a blue LED fan?
If it's the latter, I'd just as well void the PSU's warranty and wire in my own LEDs or LED fan than buy an unknown, potentially fire bomb, PSU.
Or he could drop $300 on one of those Thermaltake RGB units :P
True.
I think "budget" might be the undisclosed variable here.![]()
Black and blue color scheme is fine, no need for LED fan. I just dont recall many PSU that fits this criteria. He has like 60€ or so but just tell me all PSU you know with black and blue color scheme
Off the top of my head? Corsair HXi Series. And Tator mentioned the FSP Hydro.
Yes, FSP Hydro bronze seems affordable, is it any good?
There's a Hydro Bronze?!? LOL! I've only seen Hydro with Gold efficiency.
