Hm??
There already is a good Review of the PSU out.
Well, at least in German...

"£75 for this PSU still feels like a little too much when you consider that the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W is only £5 more but has an 80 Plus Gold rating, a longer warranty, a 50°C ambient rating a fully modular design and a larger fan with a proper hybrid mode."

My point exactly.
Sure you cannot call it a bad unit...but where is the motive to buy it?a pseudo-silent unit that is not that silent if you really look into reviews and has no chance vs 0 rpm mode in other units?
Not sure.
BeQuiet is charging too much.
Even in Germany, the price difference between this unit and the RMx is just 10€.

Your one is an unfair comparison, and it also looks like deliberate.
I don't (particularly) like the Be quiet nouvelle vogue (particularly S8, L9, E10/P11 pricing, et caetera), but seemingly you all are misrepresenting to some degree something already affecting the entire Be quiet lineup, and which didn't prevent Be quiet itself to become one of the dominant market forces in Germany (though, said that, I also think the RMx/Vengeance may be change factors in time to come for that specific market).
Best, Luca
No, its not deliberate.
This topic is about the 600W model, not the 500W model, hence the comparison vs RM550X.
I was just poiting the obvious about this particulary unit, there is no real reason to buy it unless you really want a BeQuiet unit.
As i said before, i like BeQuiet. I just dont feel they are offering that much nowadays.
Well, after Aris's review ( http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/be-qui...iew-33531.html ) we have to recognise, that Bit-Tech's "low loads efficiency test" has been pretty close to Aris's one![]()

No good news about this Pure Power 9 from HWI (somehow expected?).
The (final) review is delayed: Pavel told me on another forum the first specimen somehow failed, and yesterday he should have received a second sample from Listan.
I guess it should earn a very low "rating".
