    Default XFX XT 500W

I would like to know if someone has some info regarding this "XT" line of PSUs from XFX.
The XT 500W recently appeared on the local market, but I can't find any info about them on the web, not even in the XFX website.
I guess if this is just a beefed up ts430/450 or a watered down ts550, it will be just as decent a PSU as those. But it would be nice to know for sure.

Thanks in advance for any any info you might provide.

Looks like the stores can't get the data right either - for example they claim the +12V rail of the 500W model is specced for 35.8A (430W), while the actual unit (specs on the box and on the unit itself) calls for 40A... which is 480W, but they printed 460W on the label (?):

102W combined load for the minor rails is odd too

Same with the caps - only Taiwanese (some older XFX Core units used Teapo, that's ok), but the "other" capacitors are supposed to be rated for 85C... which is obviously not the case.

Seems like a budget version with only 2y warranty and lower tier caps.

Cant find them in Germany, but seem decent...i would go for the TS variants because of the higher warranty, 2y for a PSU is no that great.

That's just a wild guess, right?

    Ok, 55€...that´s a good price.

I am kinda skeptical at this point, but being Seasonic, i guess it can be trusted.

Although, no that cheaper than the TS 550w...only 7€.

It isn't Seasonic GB Bronze from the XFX TS equivalents, the load table and the back grille view are completely different. You(/we) don't even know if it's Seasonic at all, since none of the specifications match any known Seasonic design.

Yeah, we dont know that for sure...lets wait a bit to see if some internals pop-up.

But i guess since XFX only have Seasonic made psu´s, this one should be Seasonic as well.

    Thank you all.
The 2 year warranty period is enough for me to pass on this one.
