No it has no OCP, I think it is pretty obvious when the monitor only monitors OVP, UVP and SCP, and also there is no word about that anywhere. What do you want to test on that when we know it is not there? I mean it has a point to test it when the manufacturer says it is present, to test whether it works. I guess it does not work when not supposed to be there

And though it does not monitor OPP either, it still could be implemented on the primary side (or PFC). This is actually one of the few of such mainstream units without OCP where the OPP actually works I have seen so far…

It's been suggested at BadCaps this is more like compensation problem with that HF ripple, being some kind of oscillation…
