Unstable 12v on Super Flower psu

A few days ago i bought a Super Flower Leadex Platinum Black 650W and now while i was checking voltages i noticed that 12v is not stable. Its moving every few minutes (sometimes even every few seconds) from 12.192 to 12.288 (+5 & +3.3 are superb). Is this normal or not and why?
My system is a i5 6600k / MB Asus Z170-A / 2x8GB DDR4 2666mhz Ripjaws V / SSD Samsung 850EVO / HDD WD Blue 1TB / Evga GTX680 2GB.

Did you measure the voltages with a DMM or with software, because the software is always wrong.

With Asus AI suite 3 (dual intelligent processor).

Then it's most likely wrong. As mentioned, use a DMM. But still, the voltages are never 100% stable. When you put a load on a rail, it will always change. For 12V, there is a 5% variation allowance either way. So that little variation is nothing.

Check with DMM, but there is most likely no problem.

Checked through bios screen and its 12.288 stable. I dont know how to use a DMM (must check MB or psu btw), so i ll stay with your predictions that everything is ok .

Voltages are measured at the same place on the board as AI suite. Almost as inaccurate.

If you don't know how to use a DMM, that's fine. But if you're not having any issues and you're looking for problems that don't exist by using inferior tools, you really should consider educating yourself a bit (no offense).
