    Default Power Supply Recommendations Needed

I just put together a Thermaltake Lanbox. I'm having two main issues that I didn't think would be as bad as they are, thermals and noise. I've already made some strides on thermals, now I'm hitting noise. One of the main culprits is my power supply. It is a Coolermaster 500w. Essentially, I'm looking for a 500w min supply, it has to be modular (less wires will really help my airflow and lower temps even more), as quiet as possible, and if possible not break the bank.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

I have the Sunbeam Nuuo, it's been quite good to me. The only thing I see is that since it's SFF, there's gonna be more heat, and heat + fuhjyyu..

Right. And the Aerocool Zero DBA is the same thing but WITHOUT the Fuhjyyu caps and the fan doesn't spin at all until the PSU gets to a certain temperature.

How about the Roseweil 500W? I'm still shocked at how well it performs... Only thing madmat could find wrong with it was that it only had 2 SATA connectors... Did ya forget that you can use the 4 pin connectors on SATA drives

For $50 you can't beat it...

The aerocool has the tough to bend cables which is the worst for a small rig...

The Rosewill that's modular isn't the same as the one Matt reviewed.

Not all SATA hard drives have molexes, the Seagate 7200.9 and 7200.10's for example.
