Reviews of the two: HCG-900 850 CE Pro

To answer your question, they seem more or less the same as far as quality. Really, the only real thing there that would make me pick one over the other is that the HCG-900 is butt-ugly.

However: Why on Earth do you want to buy such an old model, and why do you need 800+ watts? If you post the list of other parts you're planning to use and where you want to buy it from, we can help select a better one.

Probably because he is from South America, where you're usually able to find about nothing...

But maybe he has a machine, that doesn't require anywhere near that much power and has more fitting options available? Can't know for sure without OP answering...

What's the price difference of those quoted old PSUs over more recent and better units?

the XFX XTR series was released during 2014, and it is a very good line of PSUs.
But i don't think there is an XFX XTR 850pro black edition.
According to the reviews the XFX XTR line varys from 550 to 750 watt, i think that you have confused the older XFX line with the newer XTR line
