Default Nyrius Aries wireless HDMI extender

I like writing reviews and articles, but sometimes I just need a break from the usual stuff.

So when I bought this wireless HDMI extender, I decided to do a review of it:

That's kinda expensive for just an extender.

Depending on what you need, a tv wireless module is less expensive and so is a Mini PC, if you need more than movie playback.

I need more than movie playback. A lot of the "Netflix only" friends I have, have no idea what's going on on a lot of the shows I watch and are completely out of touch on current events.

    It's rather sad, really.

But you can also use it for a gaming console.. or to send a signal up to an overhead projector without running wiring up to the ceiling (except for power, of course)... etc.

Now if I think about, you can use it to take the TV outside in the yard, you can hook it up to the box your cable company gave you and use an extension cord for the TV.

Also as a gaming console, I don't see myself using a wireless mouse and keyboard on the couch in the living room, but a wireless controller is a different story, if only Microsoft would release an adapter for XBOX One Controller on the PC.
