And you complaining about someone else complaining makes you what?

Is there any way in software or otherwise to keep the fan on? I just don't like the idea of the fan staying off until the unit exceeds a 450W load.

Again, commenting on something you know nothing about.
    I see a trend.

There are some who post here that have a very strong bias toward one aspect of PSU performance.

Some of these people will attack a PSU, no matter the performance, no matter the quality, if it does not meet their criteria for silence.

Hence, the irony of complaining about the application of sound proofing material on a very high end PSU...by someone usually complaining about PSU noise.

But, hey feel free to continue to publicly display your ignorance.

Was it meant to be a joke? Because unless sub-zero OC'd single 480 is not even close to matching power consumption of even single 295x2 card.

Yes. That's one of the functions in the Link software.

No sample here yet. Starting to get nervous, chroma testing is already scheduled...

I've already heard about one that got stuck in customs. Hopefully this isn't a trend.

Hardware stuck in customs is really bad. Samples are free for profesional reviewers here in Germany, but it's quite a lot of work to get all the paperwork done. Customs office is open from 09 to 12 in the morning when normal people got work to do. We'll see.
