The questions are: What do you want to do with it? Where in the world do you live? And what is your budget (and in what currency)?

We have to ask these because JG.com is a global website, and we've helped people in Polish Zlotys, Indian Rupees and Bahrain's local currency as well as US and Canadian dollars, and Euros.
Intel i7-2600k with an XSPC Raystorm water block, 4x4GB Corsair Dominator, SLi Evga-GTX560Ti-448 FTWs, Asrock Extreme4 Gen3, Crucial M4 256GB SSD, Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD, powered by a Silverstone Strider+ 850 PSU in a Silverstone TJ-07BW case.
I'm not buying EK GPU blocks ever again. (One GPU killed)

    What is your budget.
    Assuming HDD/Optical are SATA.
A reasonable low cost upgrade, if you can use an mATX Motherboard would an AMD FM2+ build.
    A-10 6800K FM2 Richland $140 (2 module 4 core 4.1-4.4 GHz CPU with HD6670 graphics)

    Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H $75

    You'll want DDR3 1600 or better memory 2x4 GB
Memory is high right now, cost $60-80 have to watch the ads. GSkill or Team is what I watch for. The extra memory speed increases graphics performance.

There was an A-10 5800 FOR $105 ON SALE

An Intel Pentium/B75 system makes a good web surfer.
Gaming demands determine video card needed, which is likely to determine power supply required.
