    This will be my first Shenzhen Chi Yuan built unit.

    The PSU is filled with a lot of Teapo caps. But the secondary has a bunch of KSC and Jpac capacitors. Two brands I have never heard of.

    You KNOW this is one I have been waiting for....

    The Teapos look promising but is that 350-450W I see on the PCB?

    LOL. For the price this PSU is going for, I really am anxious to see it put through Jonny's house of PSU horrors.

    I can tell you right now it won't do 500W... so far, this isn't one of the better SCY built units I've seen around the net. IIRC KSC is being used in the PSU of my cheap RJTech Divx player - it's going to be recapped as soon as I get money together to do it.

    SCY makes GOOD PSUs? That's news to me.

    I had one of their Dynex jobbies take a dump on me in '05....before I knew what a good PSU was.
