Is it my imagination, or are the cold box temps inverted in tests 2 and 3?

That's what you normally see when the unit (any unit, really) is running fanless. Convection sucks air in the exhaust grill and it heads up out of the fan.

JG tested the LZP-550, STR-500, & LZP-1000 which are Golden King based units. The old platform.
As well as the Silencer MK3 1200w.

Performance wise, the platinum units are only slightly better than their 80+ Gold counterparts.
Which they've also tested plenty of from Kingwin, NZXT, PC Power & Cooling, & Rosewill.

An excellent review of an excellent unit there Professor Wingledingle. I'd love me one of these
Intel i7-2600k with an XSPC Raystorm water block, 4x4GB Corsair Dominator, SLi Evga-GTX560Ti-448 FTWs, Asrock Extreme4 Gen3, Crucial M4 256GB SSD, Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD, powered by a Silverstone Strider+ 850 PSU in a Silverstone TJ-07BW case.
I'm not buying EK GPU blocks ever again. (One GPU killed)

Fuhjyuu instantly gets 4 points and Sacon immediately 5 points gone.
Those are such a heap of shit every time i see one i blow them up .... With 1000V

Well, go ahead and start up a PSU review site and implement that line of thinking into your own scoring.
