    You can use this:

    http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page541.htm

I tells you the score of a PSU reviewed here and it it's recommended, if Hardware Secrets or HardOCP gave it a Silver or Gold, the score at KitGuru, TechPowerUp, etc.

I'd say ideally the idle and peak power of your rig should fit in the 20%-80% output range of the PSU.

Practically the range can vary depending on if your system is running at idle mostly or running at heavy load mostly.

Thanks. So I should be considering an 850 power supply?

Can you please list actual system specs instead of what some random calculator spat out?

If the xtreme PSU calc says you need 600w, then you probably don't need over 650w to have plenty of spare from any PSU this forum would not wince at.
Intel i7-2600k with an XSPC Raystorm water block, 4x4GB Corsair Dominator, SLi Evga-GTX560Ti-448 FTWs, Asrock Extreme4 Gen3, Crucial M4 256GB SSD, Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD, powered by a Silverstone Strider+ 850 PSU in a Silverstone TJ-07BW case.
I'm not buying EK GPU blocks ever again. (One GPU killed)

Exactly. The eXtreme calculator already gives you plenty of overhead. Don't inflate that unless you know you're going to have a significant upgrade in the future.
