I'm not doubting it is Etasis. I'm pretty sure it is them.
Does it use DSP in lieu of the supervisor IC and PWM/PFC controller? I imagine that is how you're able to control the OCP. That and it is something we sometimes see in server PSUs which is something Etasis is quite familiar with.
