We have 115VAC here. I haven't seen any 115VAC only units. They only make 230VAC units because the current is lower and is cheaper to make.

Just having a power strip or a UPS with a ground pin doesn't mean you're grounded. You might as well just break off the ground pin with a pair of pliers (something I've done when in your situation)....

You have to be careful assuming a unit doesn't have OTP just because the supervisor IC doesn't have an OTP function. Most of the time, OTP >>IS<< implemented if the PSU has a fan controller.

OTP is good to have in the event of a fan failure. If the fan dies and the PSU overheats, it shuts down if it has OTP. If there's no OTP and the fan fails, then eventually the whole PSU fails.

Ah... there you go. So the WT7518's are for the multiple OCPs.

The WT7502 is for OV and UV for the +3.3V and +5V.
