You probably treat your equipment better than the average consumer.
I can't state the number of times I've seen a power brick running way hot just sitting on the blankets of someone's bed.

I'd say in general, I blame the TV &/or environment more than I would the cap. Most people don't bother to dust off the back of their TV causing vents to get clogged and the heat to really build up...

That's the only thing I could think of. I almost wish someone was crazy enough to make a water cooled power supply again. It's bonkers and silly but some of the systems built with them back in the...

I would put an actual FDB & a proper HDB on the same level.
When I say fake FDB, I'm talking about the ones that are sleeve or rifle bearing fans trying to masquerade as more than that.

The...

Power Logic doesn't make an FDB. At least what they claim as an FDB doesn't fit the design guidelines.

I'm not saying they're bad fans, but they're also not FDBs.

I'd say middle of the road. They're better than most of the "fake" FDB fans on the market in terms of reliability. The design is almost middle of the road in all regards, decent airflow, decent...

YLTC has a ton of fans in the consumer market, just under the name...
