R13 was a joke; but R20 is probably referring to Cinebench R20. The previous release (R15) has been a staple of CPU performance testing for the last 5ish years. R20 should catch on in due time, but...

None of that is down to chipset, and completely down to the VRM design. All of the budget 8+2 VRM designs AsRock uses on their X570 boards are beaten in terms of electrical performance by existing...

You should really learn to form coherent sentences.

Either way, you're full of shit. All of the X470 boards that exist have VRM's sufficient for 6 core Ryzen 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Generation...

It's overall a decent unit, and a slight upgrade over the Silverstone ST45SF v1.0 (PC Perspective Review).

RMi has a better bearing (FDB vs Rifle) so the fan should in theory last longer, otherwise yes the only difference between them is the iCue functionality.

As for the fans themselves, it's just...

Does Fractal have anyone on staff that's really capable enough to get High Power in gear?

Price wise and noise output it's definitely competitive. Still somewhat disappointing to see that High Power can't really compete on the high end.

In the US, the water cooler is generally a spot in an office where you can get water and you end up chatting about things unrelated to work with coworkers.

Hell, we've had 3-4 system fan connectors on even budget boards since the nForce 4 / Socket 939 days. Though most of those boards were very basic voltage based control, and not PWM that we have...

Since you're not in a huge hurry then I would say either wait and see what is available when you're looking to upgrade or check r/BuildAPCSales, as you can then snag a better unit for a good price. ...

    CX-m 450/550.

I wouldn't ever do a build with a non-modular unit again. Likewise, if you need 650-750w unit, you're better off going up the product stack than a budget bronze design.

The biggest question, is where do you live? If you're in the US there are plenty of budget options, but one of the cheapest available would probably be the Cougar GX-F 650w.

CX have DC-DC and a rifle bearing vs the S12III's Dual Mag-Amp and Sleeve bearing fan.

I'd say those upgrades are worth the extra $8.
