Bad idea, it isn't a good PSU. And certainly not a PSU you should use for a high-end game PC.

Bad idea, it isn't a good PSU. And certainly not a PSU you should use for a high-end game PC.
Because of this you don't need to do that. be quiet! doesn't use y-cables for the PEG connectors in your PSU. So can you try it in a different way? The PSU should be more then enough.
But if you...
You also need a motherboard that lets the CPU take much more power for a longer time.
Yeah it's better
I do, if you gonna use a reference or other non overclocked model and a motherboard that doesn't overclock the CPU. Because even a i9 9900 can be overclocked by some motherboards, some motherboards...
Don't you pay a lot for the energy of this build? Here it's almost 2 euro for 1W 24/7/365. I wouldn't be surprised if this thing does 100W in idle.
But he isn't handing out money, he is investing in a better future for them...
You sound like a typical brainwashed Trump voter.
9900 not 9900K ;)
I would recommend something better with those upgrades in mind.

Why should he feel guilty? He made great software which is just by half of the world. If you can't pay for it you don't even have to. He got his money from people who could pay for it. Now he is...

That's not a good build for that much money. You gonna pay around 1000 dollar to much. But if you choose something that's even 1000 dollars less then that you're gonna get almost similar performance.
This Chieftec Polaris uses the same platform as the picture I posted earlier.

There are GTX 970's which only need on PEG connector.
Attachement doesn't work.
Wouldn't that be far more effective on the secondary side?
It's a popular PSU in Turkey because of the low price. It's a budget PSU based on a LLC resonant converter design with DC-DC. Should be perfect for your build, especially for only 20 dollars.
It...
1000W PSU based on a Active Clamp Reset Forward design is not really a great idea. So no it's not a particularly good power supply. If you really need 1000W the EVGA SuperNOVA G+ 1000W is not a good...
Which is a bit my point. How much was the continues load? 500W? Maybe 600W? Bigger secondary caps would make it a lot easier for the PSU, but there is no room for that. If you make a 850W from the...
You're probably fine, but otherwise ask for a dual 6 pins or 12 pins to 12 pins nVidia for the Straight Power 11.
Which be quiet Straight Power 11? Which RTX 3080?
I wouldn't say big, £15 seems like a reasonable difference.
Maybe pricing is different in the USA, but here it's also almost always cheaper to build it yourself, also in the lower price range with similar specs and quality.
Those are mostly all legit...
Almost always, a pre-build that is cheaper is really rare in my experience.
I'm not saying that there aren't configurations where more would be better. It's more that many people believe that they need much more.
But Jon already said that the biggest problem is fitting...
You sure there are that many people who need much more then 750W in a SFX packet? Or do does people only believe that they need much more?
