That's really easy to fix. Buy an LC Power PSU and send it to JG for review. I'm sure if you do that, they might indulge your request.

The "lowest" I would go with the hardware you mentioned would be a Corsair TX-650w or a XFX Pro 650w. But I think you should drop a few more coins and go for a Seasonic G-650w or a Corsair HX-650w...

I would go for a Seasonic P-660w. Most people end up not doing SLI/CF, and 850w for your current system is way overkill.

Have you tried disabling C1E and EIST in the BIOS? It fixed similar issues on some Corsair PSUs (made by Seasonic) that were displaying the same behaviour.

Go for the Corsair. Excellent performance (better than the XFX), 7 year warranty and those flat modular cables are very nice for cable routing.
