I thought SCP was an ATX required protection whereas UVP was not required. Are you saying that SCP guarantees that UVP is present though? Just confused is all :)

The ripple is in the millivolts, it's very small compared to the net voltage average. And I think the multimeter would capture the average over it's sampling period if I'm correct.

The 700W one is definitely the worst of the bunch. As for the others (or maybe a better option) I'm sure others will chime in (I'd love to help but I'm behind on this stuff).
